Tom is the Managing Director of Full Circle Dealership Solutions. Tom brings over 30 years experience to his clients - representing dealerships in the auto, RV, motorcycle and marine industries.

Tom is a former Account Executive and account manager for Portfolio (and formerly NAE/NWAN). His role included Leading the Account Manager Team as well as overseeing the Motorcycle and RV Programs. Tom was responsible for in-store dealership development - focusing on increased unit sales, enhancing the customers experience, and customer retention. Tom was an integral member in creating and developing industry leading RV and Motorcycle programs for NAE/NWAN.

Tom has spent his entire career working in the automotive, RV and motorcycle industries. His experience extends from the sales and finance department to sales manager, general manager and ownership in an automotive dealership. In the past thirty years, Tom has traveled to nearly every state in the continental U.S. and Canada working closely with dealers to help them maximize their dealership profits, recognize missed opportunities and recapture lost business.

Tom resides in northeast Oklahoma with his wife, Jennifer, and 16-year-old, daughter, Lexi.

When not working with agent partners or in dealerships, you can find Tom on the golf course, at his daughter’s dance competitions, referring a basketball game, camping or riding his Harley-Davidson.

We are excited to have Thatcher as the associate agent at Full Circle Dealership Solutions. He has been recognized as one of the top luxury boat salesman for MarineMax over the past three years. He brings with him an expertise in value-based selling techniques that he is excited to share with our dealer-partners across all industries.

Thatcher’s strength is in selling a lifestyle, and building lasting relationships with customers to bring them back to the dealership again and again.

When Thatcher is not closing big deals, you can find him wake boarding on Grand Lake with his girlfriend Marley and their dog Lola.

Jennifer is the operations manager for Full Circle Dealership Solutions. She brings years of experience to the table in operations, marketing, public relations and advertising.

Jennifer is the former managing broker for Keller Williams Northwest in Oklahoma City - managing a team of 200 agents. She was responsible for sales training and development for new and experienced agents, agent recruitment and retention, transaction management, and overall operations.

Jennifer is also the former advertising sales director for The Journal Record newspaper in Oklahoma City. She is a graduate of the Gaylord School of Journalism at the University of Oklahoma where she also minored in Public Relations.

She is excited to share how her experience in the real estate industry, advertising industry and marketing industry can be applied to all industries to help overall dealership performance.

In her free time, you can find Jennifer spending time with Lexi at dance competitions, practices, cheerleading events and anything Lexi- related.
